Explore the history and culture of the Sea Sami in Nord-Troms. Nordlige folk is a digital portal focusing on the cultural heritage of the Sea Sami. The portal also disseminates knowledge about Kven culture and stories.Through unique material in the form of text, audio and images, we make these stories accessible and alive for both current and future generations. The portal has been developed by the Centre for Northern Peoples to highlight the rich diversity of our shared northern cultural heritage.
