D\u00e5 blir bollan meir por\u00f8s. Man m\u00e5 f\u00f8rst pr\u00f8vekoke. D\u00e5 slepp man oppi en eller to bolla i det kokende vannet. Hvis bollan l\u00f8yses opp n\u00e5r du slepp dem oppi, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 man r\u00f8re litt meir mel i deigen og pr\u00f8ve igjen. Det skal koke hele tia mens bollan ligg der. Hvis det slutte \u00e5 koke, d\u00e5 m\u00e5 man vente f\u00f8r man slepp meir bolla oppi. Ette ti minutt s\u00e5 kan bollan spises. Ette at alle bollan e ferdig, s\u00e5 legg du gulr\u00f8tter og potet oppi kraften med bollan og lar det koke i tretti minutt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Eg minnes at mamma hadde et gedigent fat med rognbolla som stod der. D\u00e5 kunne man g\u00e5 og ta rognbolla som snadder. Bare bollan. Vi va \u00e5tte s\u00f8sken, s\u00e5 den va sv\u00e6r den haugen med bolla. Eg ser den enda for meg. Ja, rognbollan va kverdagskost, det va ikke \u00e5 variere s\u00e5 mye. Det va som gutten sa: \u00abVi spiste fisk seks daga i uka og p\u00e5 s\u00f8ndag hadde vi auar.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Folk va kreativ f\u00f8r, blanda kj\u00f8tt med rogn s\u00e5 den fikk smak og kunne spises. Det var ikke overflod som vi har i dag. No kastes halvparten. N\u00e5r vi va unga, s\u00e5 m\u00e5tte vi ta ut tynntarmen p\u00e5 sauan. For det e fett omkring de tarman. Fettet brukte dem \u00e5 koke s\u00e5pe av. For det va s\u00e5 d\u00e5rlige s\u00e5pe \u00e5 f\u00e5 tak i. Oinner krigen va det spesielt d\u00e5rlig. Det va ikke skum i de s\u00e5pan, s\u00e5 dem stod og kokte store gryte av s\u00e5pe. Lungan p\u00e5 sauan blei salta og t\u00f8rka, og s\u00e5 hadde dem det i kj\u00f8ttsuppa. N\u00e5r lungan l\u00e5g te\u00b4kok, s\u00e5 va det akkurat som ballongst\u00f8kka som l\u00e5g der i maten. Fisken brukte dem \u00f3g alt p\u00e5. Det som ikke blei brukt te\u00b4menneskemat, det kokte dem te\u00b4dyran. Dem hadde en stor gryte i fj\u00f8set som dem kokte gras og hadde fiskeavfall oppi.
