She was very musical and interested in culture. Hanna trained as a pianist, gave concerts and taught music. She had several children and was an \u00abexcellent housewife\u00bb, with nannies, maids, kitchen maids and boys. In 1920, Hanna started a mixed choir with rehearsals at her home in Karnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanna and her husband were very keen on educational work and ensured that the county school was moved to Karnes. The women's organisation she belonged to built a small nursing home. She was involved in the Sanitary Association and a women's organisation.
