The cakes are made round and placed on a wet surface. Brown them well. Cut a large onion into thin slices and brown in butter with 1 tablespoon of water. Bring to the boil and pour over the cakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meatballs made from cow meat (J\u00f8kelfjord)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Cobbeef<br>Onions<br>Salt and pepper<br>Potato flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grind the meat three times and mix the rest. Shape into cakes and fry in the pan.
